Q How much does Metro Leveling charge for an estimate and what is involved?

A Metro Leveling only charges for inspections where the inspection is not being provided to the owner. The inspector will draw a map of the home and visually inspect it for cracks, both interior and exterior, noting all signs of stress. He will then take an electronic reading of your floor using a Stanley Compulevel. From these readings, the inspector can develop a contour map of your foundation and develop a diagnosis and if necessary a repair plan. Contact us today to schedule your Foundation Inspection.
